Venting I dint know what to do about my anxiety

Every day I come closer and closer to being completely penniless.

The only time I'm calm is with my therapist. And soon I won't have him anymore either.

I can't take more meds because I'll run out to soon. But seeing the time ticking by is driving me crazy. It's the "sands through the hourglass" effect.
