  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have BPD. It's been getting worse as I got older. I have been microdosing on LSD lately and tripping which has helped me. I haven't had major breakouts. But still when I am not taking acid, I have major breakouts. I haven't told anyone about my mental health. I haven't told my friends. haven't told my parents... and I have found it difficult to have a relationship. I don't have episodes public and try to manage it to the best of my ability, I guess that's why people think I am a normal person. But, honestly my life sucks, I have mood changes so very often, feelings of emptiness, I don't know what to do, I am sick of this mood changes, numbness etc. It is very hard to want to live when you know you are going to be like this for the rest of your life....And If I told someone about my mentall health, would they accept me or ghost me? After all, I would not talk to me if I were a normal person ^_^ Only thing that seems to have helped are psychedelics.

It's a silly question but, have you tried therapy? It has a lot of pros and only some cons... From what I see, the price and being involuntary hospitalized.

I think that talking about our mental illnesses can and should help us. It can be relieving and can show us that people around us are also fighting their own battle, even tho we're all experiencing different things.
Also, microdosing LSD seems to have helped you, do you think it's a good long-term thing? Does it have any funky sides effect?
Maybe meds could help your BPD too?

I wish you the best on your mental health journey, it's hard, tiring, and a long journey. Yet, it's a journey most of us have to go through. Wishing you sunny days ahead :)

I haven't tried therapy. I will definitely try it. Microdosing lsd/lsd does not have any side effects, as long as you have pure/good LSD, not bad LSD combined with other drugs such as PCP. And yes, I think microdosing is a good long term thing with no side effects. I don't know much about meds but I know some of them do have side effects.

Thank you for your kind words ^_^

No problem Buddy :) !

Sadly, yes, meds do have side effects. Whether it's drowsiness or weight gain, it depends, well, first it depends on the meds and on the person who's taking them. It's different for everybody, and some of us have zero side effects.
I'm relieved to hear that microdosing LSD have zero side effects, I'm happy for you about that!

Also, in your original post, you talked about
If I told someone about my mentall health, would they accept me or ghost me?
Usually, people can ghost you over mental illness for two things, first, they're assholes, or second, they might be dealing with so much shit that they can't "take care of others". Either way, YOU should be the first person to take care of yourself. Practice self-care however it feels right to you. But remember that asking for help is totally fine :)!
