I've been through different medications for 4 years now, two psychiatrists, three psychologists (with my current one in a streak of a year and 10 months); I have a family and friends who I talk to frequently; currently unemployed, but I go to university, even changed courses recently from something I hated to something I actually like; I take care of my hygiene, eat well (maybe not perfectly healthy, but I don't indulge in unhealthy food either) and go to walk almosts everyday.
Yet I feel like killing myself more than ever. What am I missing?
