hi guys! i'm currently having a panic attack (as i've had one nearly daily this week again. sigh) and im trying to not give in to the bad thoughts so i just wanted to say hi to you all. feel free to vent or just say how your day was !! i'll start : i washed all my clothes and linens to prepare to move to college in 2 dayssss ahghghgh

Hi there! Honestly my day has been pretty average for me right now. I plan to expand my connection on to psychology since that that area was interesting to me since I've had my depression and being here.

Also moving to college sounds really fun for you. Hopefully you'll succeed there!

i love fresh clothes smell and feel... when theyre all warm :33

hi!! dont worry, im working really hard to recover :3 and im hoping i adjust to the environment. im going to throw myself into my studies to hopefully distract myself from the stress of moving and such.

i also really love fashion. i have lots of clothes, mostly old uniforms and dress wear. what sort of clothes do you collect, what sort of fashion do you enjoy? i like to collect security uniforms and old military and dress wear.

i got into a really bad fight with one of my only irl friends and i feel terrified of being alone again. i feel so scared that i will never have a cohesive social circle. the idea of going back to not having any friends fills me with a deep knot in my chest that hurts. while my friend was fighting with me i started to feel dizzy and my chest felt tight. i've laid down but i can't get to sleep, and i don't know who to talk to .
everything is so scary

anything cutesy! im huge into japanese fashion, especially gyaru and jirai kei, but i also love others. i've been into alternative fashion ever since i was a little girl and growing my wardrobe is one of my favorite hobbies. im a chronic shopper hehe

im really sorry about that!! have you talked to your friend about it? try and let them know that disagreements happen but you really value their friendship. it's really hard to make real friends, i get that a lot. if you want to chat, message me anytime :)

some of my fav brands are acdc rag, dominnico, juicy couture, basically anything that make me look like a game character. im quite surface level in runway shows, honestly, but my fav model is alex consani :3 honestly i take a lot of inspo from 2000s aesthetics, japanese idols, cyberpunk media, lots of that digital internet girl stuff lol

those are some great coping mechanisms!! journaling always helps me too. enjoy that bath, theres nothing like feeling all warm and clean and nice

wowowow i really liked dominnico ! going to look more into that brand later. you should look into the designer mowalola, she's wonderful and seems similar in style. she also references early 2000s styles alot.
