• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Once you look behind the scenes you start the realize how stupid and pointless life is. But that is not even the worst thing. The thing that bothers me the most is how fucking pathetic humanity is. They kill each other over the color of their skin, they destroy their own planet. So many things I could list here but I don't have the energy to type it all.

Sometimes I laugh when I see motivated people working or studying. It's just cringe worthy to me. Like happy slaves enjoying their enslavement. .........

are you serious?

Does that mean that you want to be happy? You don't want to die?

The only reason why I don't want to kill myself anymore, is because I want to do some experiments to see if there really is an afterlife. After I get my answer I'll be gone. It might take a year or two. There's no way I'll stay here for more than that. This life is exhausting and disadvantageous. The people you see studying or working are just folks who decided to play the game of being human. I'm glad I'm not one of them.

People "Living the Life" are just working or doing something to benefit powerful people It's a huge joke. Everything we work hard for and do Is for nothing but making somebody else richer while we have nothing.

I agree. I also find it ridiculous how most people seem to completely ignore the reality of death and their own mortality. Like I know some people who literally believe that they will never die. When I merely try to mention anything death-related, they just say "Stop it" or "That's not going to happen". It's like they totally reject the idea that death is natural and it is not good or bad, it is just a part of our life. It really shows how some people choose to ignore the reality, they are living in this happy bubble and don't want to take off their rose-colored glasses or at least be somewhat realistic.

And then they get offended or angry when they hear or see someone take their own life. Well, it's probably not the suicidal person's problem that you chose to ignore the reality for most of your life. We're all going to die anyway, whether you like it or not. No point in acting like you or anyone will live forever.

We know nothing about death. Death is just the word we use to describe the biological end of a certain organism. We don't know the reality of death, because we don't know if consciousness is really dependent on the brain to exist. We can use Occam's Razor and speculate that death is the end, but claiming that we know what really happens is just lying.

That's so crazy. I mean anyone can try and enjoy life but everyone dies. I really don't see the point in life. You have to sustain yourself daily and age.it makes no sense to me.

What kind of experiments are you thinking about, if you don't mind me asking? I am guessing it is near death experience related?

I'm going to train myself to induce an out of body experience at will, then I will try to read 4 digit code numbers generated by my phone while having the experience. A lady succeeded in the 60s to do this (or maybe the experiment was a fraud, but I want to find out by myself) after a few failed attempts. She read a 5 digit code (the probability of guessing that is 1 in 100 000)

Of course we don't know anything about it, but that doesn't change the fact that death is a natural part of life.

Then again, I don't believe in anything supernatural or any kind of afterlife, so that's just my opinion.

We have to sustain ourselves daily and age - that's such a succinct, incisive way to put it! : )

The thing is that it's like there are two sides of experience - I'll call them Experience 1 and 2. On one side, Experience 1, you are a participant in life, and you take life seriously. It feels legitimate, even the hard parts. I was on that side of things for 30 years, so I get that. I had almost 0 suicidal thoughts. I didn't think about having the will to live, because it was just there. I engaged.

On the other side of experience, Experience 2, the curtain has fallen. You can't take living seriously, because it appears pointless and probably meaningless. Anhedonia is likely. I don't think everyone 'reaches' this side, like the two aspects of experience always arise consecutively in a given life. It can be digital; you're in one or the other. I think some people are born into this experience, or just wake up into it at a very young age.

I don't think we can help which side of experience we're living in. They just happen to us. People in Experience 1 are the ones likely to seek recovery when negative experiences befall them. Those in Experience 2, who often I think arrive there following negative experiences, are likely to be the ones on this forum, or in general just seeking a way out.

So many things in many aspects, endless like infinite. I can talk and talk about it and it will never end. But I'll just say life sucks instead.
