• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I feel you. I'm totally with you. I've earlier been very physical active, efficient and highly energetic. Now it feels like everything is gone. I'm feeling almost retarded sometimes. Makes me wanna CTB asap.

It might be the pervasiveness of technology and how quickly information is being sent and viewed now. I mean TikTok exists and I swear people's attention span is worse than that of a goldfish. Unable to focus past 10 seconds because 10 seconds is the average TikTok/Instagram/Youtube short. I don't watch much of those shorts (other than browsing Youtube videos and sometimes Youtube shorts) and my attention span is about 2 minutes now compared to when I was young and could pay attention for far longer. If you've noticed, a lot of the "content creators" (and I use this term very loosely) on Youtube purposefully edit their videos to cut between two-to-three seconds per edit to keep your attention for as long as possible to count as a view and a count towards their monetization goals.

I feel very sorry for any kids who are growing up now in the iphone/ipad/smartphone era. You're having flashing colours and quick editing brainrot messing with your susecptible mind at around two years old because your dipshit parents don't know any better and use it as a pacifier to shut you up instead of giving you love, care, and attention. Generation Alpha already is showing symptoms of failing educational standards, academic goals, and basic social etiquette. I've seen it first-hand and it only makes me want to ctb even more. Why bring a child in this purposeless world if you're only going to neglect him with a tablet?

I myself drink black tea during the day for refreshment, and sometimes I use approximately 3-5 teaspoons of nutmeg powder.

Nutmeg has been found to relieve the effect of depression therapeutically, but it is not necessarily recommended to use it almost every day due to possible side effects. In general, the accidents mentioned on the internet have been caused by taking excessive doses, in which case the user has taken more than 20g at once in order to intensify the psychoactive effects. It is metabolized in the body into a substance similar to amphetamine.

There are also other recommended ways and methods, but I thought I'd share this one here.

okay, sure, you can share it... but why? Like... I, and probably many others, know that people try to trip with nutmeg but it sounds like a shit time, and there's like nearly zero chance of ctb with it.

You can use it as stimulating suplement (you know, like a coffee or coco.). It act's as natural MAOI, which has less side effects then some artificial chemical compounds that are mainly manufactured to medicine industries.

I mean, sure, but most people here have already tried serious medication, or have problems which are too serious for stuff like this.

I feel like my mental health has been declining over the years. At first I thought it was just depression and mood dysregulation, but now I feel it impacts practically everything. It turns out that mood episodes and trauma impact the brain physically, so my brain has been slowly degrading over the years. These changes are irreverisble and inevitably will continue to progress, it's one of my main reasons for feeling hopeless about my future and it makes me want to CTB.

I'm an idiot and it's taken years for me to come to accept that. It is not fun going through life knowing that you are really fucking dumb but I've got no choice but to live with it. I'm generally not very good at thinking things through very thoroughly. Most of my "thoughtful" posts are just me regurgitating the bullcrap I've heard from others over the years or it's me just paraphrasing shit from my notes or shit I found online. Most of the time I don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and anybody who is more knowledgeable on the subjects I comment on probably knows this. My reading compression isn't great, it takes me a long time to understand basic shit, I get confused very easily, I have poor abstract thinking skills, my memory is shit, I'm bad at explaining things, and so on. This only becomes more apparent when you compare how I was doing in school when I was younger vs my younger brother, who actually happens to be gifted.
