  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have been disabled for a year physically and living with my abusive narcissistic father and getting worse. Under extreme pressure, I put my dad's name in the deed to my house so in the event of my death the house goes to him. He did this under pressure or else he would throw me in the street disabled.
I have done research about my condition and it turns out I could travel across the country (I live in Florida) to California or Minnesota and get stem cells and certain treatments that could do nothing, make me worse, or make me better. To pull this off I would have to sell my house.

Here's my issue: when I mentioned selling my house the first time, my dad mentioned that he wouldn't take me to get the treatments - knowing I can't go on my own,

When I mentioned it a second time saying I'll go on my own, he flipped out and threatened to throw me in the street, so basically upon my return I could still be disabled but I'd be homeless with no place to go.

In case it isn't clear, my dad wants my house and money when I die. If I sell the house to get treated it means no money for him.

I'm stuck and don't know what to do. I worked hard for my home and retirement and have 2 boys I want to return to. These treatments are risky.

I have no idea what to do.

Very tricky situation. You will have to weigh the pros and cons of the treatment yourself .
Do you have any friends or other relatives who could loan some money or take care of your kids during your treatment ?
Could you get a disable friendly job after stem cell treatment is complete?
Do you have any non-essential items you could sell ?
If you decide not to sell the house- I think the most latest "will" may triumph the old one (Please confirm this with a good lawyer. You don't want to mess this up).
I hope I hear updates from you. We are all rooting for you. Good luck.

I am a bit confused, hopefully you can help. So the house was all yours, then you added your father's name to the deed or completely gave it to him? I am trying to work out how he can throw you out.
