It's my third time where they re-evaluate my treatment. I tried some medications for depression and social anxiety (SSRIs, Agomelatine, SNRIs and Quetiapine all failed) and the latest regime I am on is middle dosages of Mirtazapine (30mg) and Pregabalin (300mg). It takes only the edge off depression and anxiety. But I'm still dysfunctional, can't work, can't meet new people and feel crying every day. Only good is that I can sleep, unlike back in summer.
What should I say to the meeting? If I tell the above, what could they possibly offer of treatment next? Note: I never told them I think of suicide and never will.
