Discussion I might end up dying one day from constipation

When I was younger I saw this video on tv about a guy pushing so hard that he popped a blood vessel in his brain and died. I have IBS so I have constipation frequently and it seems like this is how I'm going out one day.

I've heard conspiracy theories that Elvis may have gone out this way. Inducing cardiac arryhthmia but caused by the drugs.

Eat a lot of prunes with water--pudding may help also
