Venting I only try mental health treatments so my family knows I and doctors tried everything

I have no faith in any of their treatments working, but am willing to try just so everyone can see I tried what I could. If I accidentally find something that works, good, if not then it's what it is and I give up and kill myself. I see no point in living half a century more.

it's a good attitude to have because you aren't being impulsive and seeing if any options work it's kind of you.
