Developing muscles is not like studying history. When I studied history, I read, and listened and gained knowledge and I "connected the dots" and thought about what I learned. The "work" I put was fun and fulfilling and I ended up knowing more about the world than I did before going to university. Gaining muscles mass is not the same process. Every day it's the same pain, same suffering, there's no real way to make it easy, let alone fulfilling. You can't "have fun on your way to the goal". David goggins and andrew tate said themsevles that they hate working out and they dread doing it but do it anyway. It's a different kind of process to get to the end point. I wish I was able to do anything and gain anything I wanted and "climb every mountain". I'm frustrated reality isn't like that.
