  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

So the past short while my circumstances felt less bad and I felt like I could still function very well. The anxiety was still crazy but the depression was somewhat getting mild. Then when one small inconvenience or wrong thought occur my whole day gets ruined and my brain goes haywire. Turns out I was just suppressing my thoughts a0nd avoiding them not actually dealing with all my problems. Hopefully after this weekend things will get better I will be out of my isolation and I will go back to playing Genshin which is my favourite game. If I am still struggling after this weekend I will prolly have to take meds which I really don't want to and I am afraid to do so. I have 4 final exams throughout most of December and I cannot forfeit all my hard work this semester by doing shit on the exams. If I do decide to take meds they will just be for December and then I will try to find other ways to get rid of my depression episodes.

Hey, I wish you the best of luck on your exams. I graduated university not long ago and I remember how challenging it can be.

Also, I can totally relate to feeling like you're getting better, and then suddenly it all comes crashing down. Sometimes that happens to me over the most trivial things. I hope that you feel better soon; I know that when I experience that kind of crash, it becomes almost impossible to enjoy the things I am normally able to enjoy, like video games.

Hey, if the meds work then I recommend you stay on them. A working medication is a precious thing. Also I've read that if you come off a working medication then go back on it then it doesn't always work again for you. The medication can help heal your brain from depression and the earlier you start it the better. I say bring out the big guns against depression.
