  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

Yesterday, I saw my mother in the kitchen with a syringe. I immediately asked her why she had that to which she immediately hid it and told me that its nothing. We also had guests at our house, so she started crying out of being ashamed and then when I confronted her, she started gaslighting me by telling the guests that I make up things In my mind. After the guests left, after more crying, she finally admitted that she did indeed have a syringe and she wanted to inject my food with holy water(which I have no problem with, if she just offered it to me) and that she lied.
Last time she had a syringe, she would inject my food and water with antidepressants without my consent when I clearly told her that im against all medicines( after a long history with them). Now apparently everyone supports her and blames me for the commotion. My brothers wife, who lives with us, says that she did this out of love. How is it love? Im sick of being made out to be this mentally ill person by everyone. I saw what I saw(and that ended up being correct) and I'm not crazy yet everyone treats me like it. Also, I find it funny that my mother needs the medications the most because she has mentioned throughout my life how she wants to die and would self harm infront of me when I was a child, but refuses to take it. Now she plays the victim telling me that I have ruined her reputation infront of the guests.
I think CTBing would be best because im done living like this. I don't even have the energy to do that

Yeah, it's not loving for her to put your mental health issues on blast in front of guests, especially when she clearly has her own.

I can imagine how exhausting living with her (I'm assuming) must be.

She's a hypocrite, then. She shouldn't be putting antidepressants in your food without your consent, especially considering that she needs them as well and more than you. I'm sorry your mother did this, especially in front of guests. I send you my best regards.

It must be really tiring and dreadful having to put up with someone like that but anyway best wishes, it's just so unfair what you have to endure.

It is very exhausting. She does love me, but I'm tired of living like this because of her

Thank you. It's just so difficult living with her.
