one could say im lucky. i have 2 moms, 2 dads and a mother-in-law that i call mom as well. but anyone that truly knows, knows im not as lucky as it might seem.
oh where to start....
i remember growing up, id hear people talking about how their parents got a divorce. i always considered myself lucky that i had both parents.....and now i consider myself an orphan in the emotional sense.
my mother abused me, it turned out my dad wasnt my dad and he abused me as well. so they arent parents. i ended up meeting my real dad and my step mom but that doesnt fix the emotional connection a child has with a parent. that emotional connection i thought i had, i can only long for now. even if my "parents" and i were to fix things.....that connection is gone....
i grew up thinking i was lucky, and now im all alone.........
