• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

i dont think it will tbh but ok
there's a lot of data on dbt helping people

it suggests specific things and strategies and is not just random like therapy. it helps people who struggle with intense emotions

if you want to ctb for a specific reason (genetic disorder, terminal illness, unending grief or heartbreak) then dbt won't help

if you want to ctb because of feeling terrible emotionally due to strong emotional reactions to stuff, dbt will help you

In my case psychiatry never diagnosed me with anything to figure out whats wrong with me, they just used CBT + SSRI as a miracle cure. No diagnoses, no idea whats wrong with me.
