• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

What would be the purpose of a life that is based only on working to survive? You have no time and little money. The economy is too much of a burden to bear, and any alternative to participating in this system is valid. I do not want to live in a world subjected to this.

Add to what I said the absence of an affectionate partner, without the gratification of sexuality, and you will be in hell. There is no compensation for my effort other than money. But if money brings possibilities of consumption, it also imprisons you.

I think if you like your job it can be incredibly fulfilling, but the majority of people hate their jobs.

Unless you actually do work you enjoy. Work exists to make certain people wealthy and that's it. All this bullshit about how people need to work to feel purpose or whatever, is capitalist propaganda that you've been fed since you were a baby and given toy versions of adult jobs.

Work is control. Most of the work people do is unnecessary labor. And the necessary stuff, can be done by automation/robots/AI. You are kept working so you can be controlled by your government. That's really the bottom line. You make the rich richer.

You're an asset. Revenue generator. That's all you'll ever be to our current society. And that's what workers have been heavily propagandized to believe. That working is the most meaningful thing you can do with your life. It's not. It's barely meaningful actually because it doesn't have to be this way. But is kept this way by people in power because it benefits them. The less meaningful things you have in your life, the more you will value work. That's how it's designed. Because if human truly realized that it doesn't have to be this way. Then all those powerful people lose their money and power. Can't have that.

I urge you to try your hardest to look beyond work. Look beyond the lies you've told about working. Including the ones where working makes you better than those that don't. That's also propaganda meant to divide the proletariat from rising up.

Yes, work = survival. Right now. Because humans can't think outside of their own submissive asses to realize it doesn't actually have to be this way. We choose it. We can choose differently. But hey, humans are stupid giant talking viruses.

Try to think about your work differently. It doesn't give you meaning. It's something you are forced to do or you die. That's not meaningful, that's slavery with extra steps.

I wish I could tell you to just quit your job and become a neet and live your life to its fullest. But we're all trapped in this until enough of us decide this is stupid and we can live a better existence as a species.

I'm disabled. I can't even work. And so I've been condemned to die by poverty by society, labeled a leech, trash, useless eater. Whatever you can imagine. Because people have been convinced that your worth and value as a human is connected to your employment. It's bullshit. I'm neet because well, I have no other choice. But it has given me the unique opportunity to observe humanity without the distraction of survival labor. And let me tell you. Y'all workers are prisoners. And are treated like garbage and convinced you should be treated that way. I've seen too many people who work actually oppose minimum wage rises. Like JFC, talk about Stockholm Syndrome.

It saddens me. I hope someday, work is something people do because they are bored or want to learn something new instead of always having homelessness and death always hovering above them if they don't.
