Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

I can't do it at home, my mum just got settled in to this new house and I can't kill myself in it cos then she's probably sell it and move. I also don't want her to see my dead body.

Can you give me ideas where to hang myself? full suspension or partial I don't mind.

I'd preferably want to do it indoors, as I want to be comfortable when I die.
Listen to my music and get drunk.

But if I have to I'll do it outdoors, I just wanna die.

Indoors? Hotel maybe? Just don't be too loud before ctb so you don't alert people and they try and check up on you.

Where will I hang myself in a hotel room?
That is the problem. You should check if they have a closet in a room, and if they do, check if it has a metal bar that is used to keep clothes on it. I assume it can hold your body weight.

Use the bathroom door in a hotel room
Use the bathroom door in a hotel room
Is it possible to do full suspension using a door? I mean, tying a rope to the knob of the door, then putting the rope above the door and hanging at the other side?

I've been looking at my own door wondering this. I'm concerned about the weak door frame and possibly the hinges. I would think it'd crack the door frame under the pressure of body weight, the convulsions, etc. Could be wrong though.
