I think I would just lock my house and give up and go no food/water. Don't have to do anything but just wait.
Welcome to my world! I've had a few unsuccessful attempts. I've learned it's no so easy to ctb or I'd be gone decades ago. It gets lonely but there isn't anything I can do about it. I am patiently waiting to die.
