I'm making shakhshoukha (for the first time)

My time is near and my mom obviously doesn't know that so she's insisting i eat eggs because I've been ordering in for the past five days now. Anyway i wasn't feeling it but i want to make and eat shakhshoukha. It's supposed to be a middle eastern tomato egg dish. I don't have red bell pepper but yeah I'm making it. Woohoo.

Omg i totally get that. I'm not anorexic but I do have some kind of eating disorder but it is mostly like a starve binge cycle. Yeah since I'll need to fast tomorrow before taking the sn, this will probably be my last meal.

I made it. It pretty much tasted exactly what I thought it would. It was amazing. It felt great.

One of my favorite meals in my favorite kitechen is shakshuka :). Every time got hit with how something so simple, can be made so much batter than anything else.

I made my own dish with similar ingredients before:
- carve out a sweet pepper + lather with cooking oil
- Fry bacon + eggs
- chop up bacon + eggs > place inside of pepper > sprinkle chilli powder
- drizzle with cheese > place in oven for 15 mins
I call it "too much effort", but it's delicious.
