Is SN still a great way?

I am still confused about using SN.
My plan is:
Not eating for 12+ hours and empty stomacc
100g of SN with 200ml water
5-5 Tablets of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen

I read that should I go with:

1) 12 hours empty stomach (no eating)
2) Paracetamol - 2000mg
3) Meto - 500mg
4) Ibuprofen - 1000mg
5) 60g of SN mixed with 100g water (2 cups)
