No, there aren't really guaranteed methods. None that are recommended or advised, in terms of accessibility at least. There are treatments available for cyanide so you can absolutely be saved. This doesn't mean you will survive but there is a possibility. I would stray from searching for the perfect absolute guaranteed method and instead find one that makes the best sense for you

It's quite easy to make HCN/KCN. All you need is ferrocyanide or ferricyanide and the (web-)search.

Caution bc HCN is also toxic in low doses.
