The title can be misleading in a suicide forum, but its quite literal.

I've spent 20 years with low testosterone without knowledge and three attempts to ctb...

Now, I am certain I have had 3 years with doctors because I didn't like my poop, it wasn't solid enough.

I changed my diet two weeks ago, more fat less carbohidratos, kind of keto, or based on the 'Grain Brain' book.

I stopped eating Gluten and started eating homemade probiotics.

My poop has been solid as it used to be , I've feel awesome, with energy, good mood , stable, sure trt and my own psychology but this last two weeks it has been boosted.

No more Gluten, at least avoid it until it's necessary.
Daily homemade probiotics, awesome.

Nutrition is one of the most important building blocks for well-being and health.

Today's widespread type of diet makes most people powerless and sick.

Since every person is different, you have to try out what works best.
What definitely helps is not eating for 12-16 hours a day.
