Publications don't publish the numbers of how many people attempt a year or the mortality rate. Suicides at Niagara Falls (American Journal of Public Health) collected 141 suicides from 1977 to 1988. 60 from the American side and 81 from the Canadian side. Roughly 20 people attempt a year. I pulled that number from here.

I'm really sorry. You've gotta get yourself out of panic mode. Go back to the basics with stupid shit like focusing on your breathing. Seriously. You've got to calm yourself down. Take slow, deep breaths. Even if it takes a day. Get out of that frantic state to the best of your ability. A lot of people on here are also feeling hopeless, so talking with us will help. Then make an informed decision. You have us now; let that help ease your mind a little bit. Breathe.

I've been there before, it may be effective but you will still mentally scar everyone in the area, but if your willing to accept that i suppose you could do it. And again as the other guy said, I think security is tight so if you hesitate you will be horrendously embarrassed, when they pull you down.
I live in NY state. I would be open to fentanyl/heroin but not sure how to get them
