• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UKā€™s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I go through cycles where life just sucks so I want it all to be over.

If I'm going to jump, are 7 stories onto pavement enough? Is there anything else I should know?

It's enough but it's not guaranteed. It can also be a very slow and painful death. Overcoming SI is also incredibly difficult for jumping, so be prepared to fail before you even try.

How high does it have to be to cause instant death then?

I am worried about the SI, but I think I can trick myself into doing it.

I've seen somewhere that it's recommended like... 150-200 feet? Might be remembering wrong but yeah. I mean, you could technically fall from 1 story and break your neck or something if you land wrong, but at the same time, 7 stories could just leave you paralyzed for life.

Hmm I think I need to find somewhere taller then. Unfortunately I don't really know of anywhere higher in my area.

I just can't be bothered with the long methods like N or He which require a lot of preparation. I just want a quick and easy way.

My SI is quite strong so I need a way to trick myself. I can't convince myself to take SN, but I reckon sitting by a high ledge I could "slip".

I've considered hanging but when I managed to trick myself into dropping off, the cord stretched to the floor šŸ˜”
