I could book a hotel room or airbnb with a balcony on the 30th floor & above by tomorrow, if i want.... and i struggle why I don't use this option

I think the reason I would do it was because it was accessible and didn't cost a lot of money to do. Problem is here there are no really tall places that are accessible, only the parking garages and I'm worried it isn't high enough, not to mention that jumping seems terrifying when you are up looking down, even if it is only 8 stories high.
