Embarrassing given how much I looked into it and how long ago it was - and that I even have some. But jesus, I must have been doing pretty bad to think this sounded like a "good" way to go. I'm sure it's been talked about plenty here, but I certainly did not catch the "seizures" symptom in the list of things to prepare for on the way out. Fuck.

And here I was thinking the start of 2026 was my soft deadline to "use it or lose it". Sounding a lot less pleasant now...
