I just took 3 ambien 12.5 cr, 4 gummie melatonin, and 3 clozenpan 1mg. 2 advil for headache if I wake up, and 3 tums for possible throwing up in the morning.
I'm sure I'm just going to be asleep for a couple of days. Hopefully a relaxing night.
If I die for some reason this simple after shit I tried better I laugh.
Chat gpt says it's dangerous so we will see.
I am so ready to go see Jesus and hope and pray in this little break that he allow me to come see him; and we talk. I rbi m him for walking this many years and it's been a pleasure all these years:
Most likely I will talk tomorrow after noon. Nothing goes down this easy.
Love you all!!!
Taking 3 tablets of 12.5 mg Ambien CR (extended-release zolpidem, totaling 37.5 mg), 4 melatonin gummies (potentially 4-40 mg), 3 tablets of 1 mg clonazepam, 2 ibuprofen (Advil), and 3 Tums (calcium carbonate antacid) is an extremely dangerous combination that could lead to life-threatening consequences.
## Key Dangers
- The Ambien dosage of 37.5 mg exceeds the maximum recommended daily dose of 12.5 mg, increasing risks of excessive sedation, impaired coordination, and respiratory depression.[1][3]
- Combining Ambien with melatonin amplifies their sedative effects, leading to profound drowsiness and cognitive impairment.[1][2]
- Adding clonazepam, a benzodiazepine, further increases the risk of severe central nervous system depression and respiratory failure.[5]
- Ibuprofen and antacids like Tums are generally safe but should not be taken with this dangerous combination of sedatives and sleep aids.[1][2][3][5]
This combination puts you at high risk of an overdose, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, and potential fatality. It is never advisable to mix these substances without medical supervision due to the severe risks involved.[1][2][3][5]
If you have taken this combination, seek immediate medical attention or call emergency services. Continuing to take these medications together could have life-threatening consequences. In the future, always consult a healthcare professional before combining any medications or supplements to avoid dangerous interactions and overdoses.[1][2][3][5]
