• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

So, a few close friends have kind of started an intervention and pleaded with me to contact my doctors at a special clinic (I have been there before around 2022 and received ECT treatment and got a VNS implant). My friends approached me and said my current severe depressed state was obvious. They don't know I ordered SN and had actually made up my mind to ctb. However they urged me to initiate a conversation with my doctor and out of love I did.

So my doctor suggested to come back to the clinic for an in-patient stay and give treatment another go. He suggested Ketamine and combine it with ECT and new medication - he said we would look and come up with a plan. He also said he d would leave the decision to me and has great respect for me. We ll talk again via phone on Friday and I ll give him my decision.

Has anyone experience with ketamine and can share their journey?

Would appreciate it much.

i tried ketamine but it didn´t really help me. for some reason it made my suicidal thoughts louder (not in a agressvie way, more like "oh yeah i could just stop breathing or jump infront of this train right now, that would be nice"). the high lasted around an hour and that was definitly enjoyable. so i would recommend it. a lot of people see benefits from it and if it doesn´t work for you, at least you had a nice hour once or twice a week!

From what I understand, it's only supposed to be a quick circuit breaker for those with severe ideation. I can see that. The trippy experience could serve as a distraction who a good minute. At least that's what is was for me.

But long term, I can't see it being a viable solution. And the price tag is likely to add depression to your life.

I tried ketamine - numerous times - on my own (moderate to high doses), and it didn't help me. Psychedelics like shrooms or acid also reportedly help people lift depression, but they didn't cure it for me, I think even worsened symptoms.

However, from reports I've read, for many people ketamine DOES provide instant relief, and remission of suicidal ideation. It's far better than SSRIs or other big pharma enslavement. You don't need to take meds daily, just take ket once every few weeks, have a good trip on it, and that's it.

I estimate your chances at 50/50, but hey, it's worth a shot. You're not losing anything if you're at stage of seriously implementing the ultimate decision into "life".
I am a bit surprised you are even asking this. If you contemplate, you can't get much worse, can you? Also, ket is something you do, and it should provide instant relief, it's not like being locked in psych ward for 5 years or undergoing some long therapy.

You do it and after 1 day you will already know if it's working, or not. Good luck!
