Hi all, today will be my last day. I have yet to practice the night night method but I'm attaching clothing to my belt and cut off the carotid artery. I'm using a leather belt. I've read all the night night method post not buying equipment because I don't want to arouse any suspicion. Is there anyway to secure the force after I pass out? Pls help I really want to end it.

If you're using a belt, the only thing I can think of is to lock the belt as tight as possible and then pack something between the belt and your neck at the back to increase the pressure.
Thank you I will use bean bag + tourniquet to secured the pressure after I lose consciousness
