My Friend meto is not available through online unless you put prescription. I tried to get it through medical shop ( 8 shops) ,they denied me even though many are accessible through OTC said by many . I don't know how far they are reliable products. In fact I tried for nembutal ( best painless , quick , reliable method for ctb) which is very hard to get and doctors hesitate to prescribe to patient, but I can see multiple dealers for it in indiamart. One of the guy keep messaging In WhatsApp . It is better to take it through medical shop
