This one is a lesson challenge I'm exploring. Sit down, reach & calm meditative like state. Reflect, but lose all attachments, stay objective & watch a replay of past actions from a third person pov. How does that "movie" make you feel?

This sort of exercise could be used by a narcissist to assume everyone thinks he is great. The person who beats himself up over past mistakes might also use this technique to feel excessive shame and guilt. The key is to have an accurate understanding of what an honest third party would conclude.
