Be a bad guy and turn into life of crime. But wait, I heard the good die young and evil people live longer. You can try to be the most devout member of religion. Commit to life of renunciation whether it means becoming a monk or nun. Perhaps then, the Divine shall grant your wish of short but meaningful existence.

Seriously though, lifespan tends to be so random. The most healthiest human can die early simply because he got struck by lightning. Yet, people who smoke heavily can live until old age. Perhaps, you can try adopting "dangerous" hobby like joining the club of motorcycle stunt riding. Maybe you will enjoy it and possibly giving you the new "rush" of life.
