• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

I previously posted about finding the dizziness too much to stand (whilst sat on the floor - hiding from staff as I'm still on the psych ward), it felt like the exaggerated dizziness in dreams, I would panic and loosen the tourniquet/move my head for some kind of relief, but obviously it wouldn't work after that.
I'm thinking if I do it in bed (if my positioning of my neck is right), do you think that would make the dizziness easier to deal with? I know that the only way I would know, would be by putting it into practice but I guess I'd like some reassurance or "tips and tricks".

I thought I'd probably feel more comfortable in bed and more able to ctb in peace. I'm so sick of this life. I know when I get out, I'm going to try and contact 'Patrick' for N if I don't die here. I just wish to be free from all of this, all of myself.

I get that this question seems stupid... But so any of you have a different way of not feeling overwhelmed by dizziness? (In practice runs of course, otherwise, I'd assume you'd be dead.)
