  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Has anyone here had any experience with light therapy? How did it work out? I feel like I am running out of options but want to give this a try.

25 years ago, I tried it.

My situation is too acute , but anecdotally I know several people who use it to treat mild Seasonal Affective Disorder. They continue to use it every winter, and notice improvement.

If it doesn't work for you, it also doesn't do any harm.

Good luck in planning different ways to improve your day life. I wish you well.
