Lately been growing a great physically affecting anxiety, feeling that sharp feelings on my skin there and that especially in my chest I feel some constriction, which is odd because I rarely never feel anxiety this way because low blood pressure, maybe it's just because I'm aging, my pharmacy only have propranolol, how many dose the best taken to completely numb my sense so I can just stop hearing noise and stop this weird unfocused vision of seeing things not as they were, and how will it affect me if I have low blood pressure?
