I was supposed to ctb today using the SN method, unfortunately after I took the first meto pill (10mg) something came up and I realized I won't be able to ctb today. So I only took this one pill.

It made me throw up, which is weird.... I wonder if that means I'll throw up again when I'll try again. And whether it'll prevent vomiting after ingesting SN. Meto's the worst. Ctb is uncomfortable.

That sounds really awful. I don't really know much about SN but of course many have succeeded. SN doesn't sound as bad as many other methods from what I have read, but I believe that none of us should have to experience discomfort as we leave this world, we have already suffered enough. Best wishes.

Yup, Meto can (very high chance) be a fucking NIGHTMARE to take. I had everything ready for my SN trip as well but was/am postponing it. But anyway, I decided to test each med because (obviously) I was scared of something going wrong when I finally did it. Every med was amazing and fine, Every but Meto which was THE WORST MEDICATION I HAVE EVER TAKEN. I coudn't stay still for hours and felt like I was in an endless panic attack. Had to take quetiapine to force-sleep and benzos to make me "calm". Holy shit, seriously. I'd rather take only ondansetron plus something like domperidone and throw up and have to take another glass of SN instead of taking Meto again. But then again I already have anxiety and panic problems so. Just a heads up.

I'd never considered hanging til recently. I've been field testing some "things" and honestly it feels pretty nice, I'm surprised. Might switch methods. Might not. Doesn't matter either way.

How come no one's ever talked about this before? Fuck, I'm a very anxious person by nature so there's no way I'm taking this. I guess I'll just fast for 8 hours or so and then drink the SN, without antiemetics. And if I end up vomiting after that I can just take another glass, there's no way it won't kill me.

I saw you in the other thread, we're from the same country, so a lot of the medications are readily available here which is weird. I recommend at least buying Propranolol. The antiemetics Ondansetron and Domperidone (who knows, might be enough not to vomit/feel nausea) don't need prescription (or at least not in my city) so you could think about it. The Prop will help your heart not go boom-boom, but then again from most stories I read on here the heart thing is not the end of the world. But we're anxious so... I'd recommend those + maybe Tylenol for a possible headache. If you have benzos I'd take lots of them too but I'm not you.

I have ondansetron for some nausea problems I was having and it never helped me one bit. Wanted to try to get meto somehow but this definitely has me questioning that. I wonder if promethazine would work?

I took 3 metos when I first got the prescription many months ago. I had absolutely no issue with it. I took a single one another day when I felt sick to my stomach. It made me feel better.

Since reading the thread a few days ago on the horrors of metro, and now this, it's caused me extreme anxiety again, which I'm already overloaded with knowing I have to take my N within the next couple days 😰.

I would probably recommend looking into Benadryl as an antidote to meto, but be cautioned as I know little about this, I have just seen some rumors about it working to reduce its negative effects. As you know, meto also made me feel fucked up yesterday and it is super uncomfortable. I wanted to sleep while I was awake and be awake while I was asleep, nothing was comfortable, or peaceful. I have heard some say meto makes you want to crawl out of your skin, and I feel that this is an accurate description in my case. I did not think to take Benadryl yesterday, which is ironic since I am a Benadryl addict (the only drug I have ever taken or used recreationally). I hope we can both have a peaceful exit without having to back out again. Best regards fellow sufferer.
