  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hey guys,
I've just finished my mindfulness course at my uni. As it was the only thing that somehow helped, I'm looking for someone with who we would text or call and held each other accountable in practising mindfulness. It could be weekly check up or everyday practice depends on what we decide on is the best. Looking forward meeting someone interested. :)

Great that you found this, I think this is one of the right directions to recover.

In my country there is a teacher who has a online group for mindfulness. Is there any similar in your country? Can you ask your teacher at your uni if he has an idea to find people to practice? A friend of me often visit a Buddhism church (sorry, I don't know the right word). I hope you find someone!!

Love to you.
