  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

Has anyone had experience or feeling depressed/anxious/suicidal as a result of having hormonal contraception?

I have the mirena and I feel terrible, I'm in the process of trying to get it removed, but the threads have gone missing, I've tried since December 2023 to ger appointments, first I needed a smear which I had, then they found the threads are missing, so a 10 week wait for the ultrasound to see where it is, and then a further wait to see a gynaecologist to remove it. Afterwards there is a Mirena crash because the body stops making it's own progesterone because the coil provides it. But lots of women have described relief at having the coil removed and feeling much better.
