  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Just interested in "yes" or "no".
If "yes", the amount, and why.
No additional details.

Context: If my previously-discussed venture (Cfusion.ca) hits and I become wealthy again, I'd love to pilot a treatment program that clears debts and offers support, financial and otherwise, in exchange for commitment to some sort of a customized path forward.

Yes, but a big maybe. I don't even know how much as well. I guess it would allow me to get out of the toxic environment I'm in which I know is making my depression and anxiety worst. Not too mention the struggle to pay things which has added more stress because I have no income coming in and it isn't from lack of trying. My life is in a shambles. Looking for a hail Mary.

Yes. Maybe $30K to get treatment, pay debt and live on until I can work again. I've already done a lot of work to get healthy so I think I would get better fast with the right treatment.

I want to start a similar charity if I can get back on my feet, but focused on helping people with natural treatment for physical and mental health problems because it is nigh impossible to get this kind of help.

Solve? No...but it would allow things to be "good enough" to get through a natural life I think...and I'd like to believe I could do some good in that time left. It's impossible for me to think about without "additional details" because they matter, so ignore the rest if needed. My lifetime of savings was decimated by medical expenses and I have been denied assistance and abandoned at every turn. Running on the last of a lifetime of frugality and saving now and trying not to think about the rapidly approaching cliff. Ultimately I will likely ctb because of the money because once its gone, so is any sort of humane life, and that isn't survivable in my physical and mental condition. How much is an impossible thing to say as it just seems to keep getting worse and cost more. Likely however much it takes to get through the rest of life as I am a physical mess and have lost about everything. I have lotto jackpot dreams of a small flat and a simple life that suffices, and using the bulk to help others. It's as unlikely as any dream but sometimes you have to distract yourself when the mind won't shut up. In any civilized world I'd be getting social help. Alas...tis not a civilized one here.

Money cannot buy happiness...but it can by a life which allows one to seek happiness. Once your means to get said money is taken, and your needs greater, and there is no support system...its all downhill from there.

no. I have money, not much but enough to live decently and it doesn't change anything to what I am
being richer wouldn't help either because nothing interests me anymore, I dont travel, I dont go out, I dont do anything but staying at home and waiting for the day to pass

Maybe as I'd have money to see the best doctors in the world but bipolar can't be cured so I'd still be suffering. I'd do other good things with the money though, give money to charities and people that really need it.

Tough question. For me, it's a yes and no.

No, because my biggest problems are not financial. Botched surgery, amputation, death and loss.

But just a little money could make some things bearable. Like, $5,000 or less could make an incredible difference in my quality of life, because I could afford to replace my dead car with something more reliable. Decent transportation would make me less isolated and let me do simple things like go to the store or do laundry when I need to.

Dreaming bigger, more money ($20k+) would let me try treatment options my insurance won't pay for, like ketamine infusions. Or afford better reconstructive surgery. Those would actually directly address core problems making my life unbearable, so maybe it would make a difference?

Isn't that a shitty circle to be stuck in? Doctors ruin you and take your money, health, quality of life...but the only possibility of any future life is more doctors and more money? Something evil in the whole thing if you ask me.

Money would help, but it would just be a distraction buying material things or travelling. But the underlying reasons to CTB will always be there. I would still be messed up inside.

Yes, a great deal. I would be able to move from where I live, I really hate this place. I could buy my son some clothes, and maybe take him on a vacation. I would have less concerns about the future, without depending on others, their mood being good, meaning I wouldn't have to say yes all the time.

I could travel (on my own), it's awful for me not having this lifeline now when it's getting so dark and cold.

All my loveS

Yes, most of them.
50k is what I'd need, and I would give 30k of it away to my parents.
There'd be a lot less stress in my life.

Yes if I can invest that money into recovering my early wounds.

I have all the capacities I need to be successful - I'm smart, charismatic... I just get hijacked by irrational fears due to childhood wounding. If I wasn't so held back by this fear and shame I think I would be fine in life.

I would likely dedicate myself to helping others afflicted by this stuff on the other side of my recovery.

$10k would probably be enough to get me going.
