  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

What medications helped you? Which chemical substances alleviate sensitive narcissism?
Do you perhaps know the chemical substance that works best for these traits?

I am aware of having sensitive narcissism. These are the worst traits a person
can have from another person's point of view.

A sensitive narcissist is someone who is disliked by everyone and doesn't
understand why it's happening, blaming everyone and everything except
themselves.

It took me many years to realize that I myself have this issue. My grandmother
and my father are the same way, and it passed down to me genetically.
My psychiatrist has also noticed that.

I know that ssri drugs helped a little with this, probably sertraline, paroxetine the most.
I only took Sertraline for 2 weeks at the minimum dose, paroxetine I took for less than 2 months.
Unfortunately, I haven't been treated for a long time, and I took the drugs for a short time.
The longest I took was escitalopram for 6 months but it hardly worked at all, there was a week when I felt
like I was off the medication, and the next week the behavior changed for the better in minimal way,
on ssri people wanted to hang out with me, they smiled at me.

'Narcissistic sensitivity combines traits of narcissism with an additional sensitivity
towards one's own emotions and feelings. It's a form of narcissism characterized
by a strong sense of self-worth, a deep need for recognition, and self-focus, but
also entails a sensitivity to criticism, emotional difficulties, and strong reactions to
the judgments of others.'

Recommendations aren't great. Just discuss and try things with psychiatrist. Also might not be genetic. See psychologist or therapist to fix or develop coping mechanisms.
