A few days ago I started having moments where, out of nowhere, my breathing quickens, I start to cry, my hands shake a little and my mind freezes and I can't think clearly, it's like dissociation. I don't feel scared when it happens, I just stop thinking, sometimes I babble or do nonsense. I don't think they are anxiety attacks or anything serious, but I am afraid it will get worse over time, or that it will happen when others are watching

I don't really see a point in going to the doctor when I plan to kms in a few weeks anyways. I'll just try meditation and relaxing techniques
