Tentarei gravar meu CTB, espero que não seja contra as regras. Sei que há muitas histórias de texto, mas sinto que imagens são melhores que palavras.

Acho arriscado. A dose letal de SN é bem pequena (cerca de 1-3g). A recomendação de 25g já é bem mais que a dose letal por garantia, mas 100g já é demais por que você vai precisar de muita água pra diluir. Idealmente você quer consumir o mínimo de coisas o possível pra evitar que você vomite. Por isso antieméticos (metoclopramida ou ondansetron) são essenciais. Plasil é super fácil de obter no BR (dá pra pedir em qualquer farmácia ou até pelo ifood), não tem motivos pra não usar. Acho que uma dose maior também não impede o uso de um antídoto caso sua tentativa seja interrompida.

Considere reduzir a dose ou remover a cimetidina. A última versão do PPEH não recomenda mais a cimetidina, e possivelmente ela pode diminuir a produção de óxido nítrico no estômago, o que retarda um dos principais mecanismos pelo qual o SN te deixa inconsciente (Antiacid debate you need it or not for SN Method). Dito isso, um antiácido ajuda a reduzir o desconforto por causa do sal no estômago, por isso acho que o ideal é manter cimetidina mas em uma dose reduzida (200 ou 400mg), ou algum antiácido comum (tipo sal de frutas).

Sobre os benzos: sua doses são só clonazepam 2mg ou diazepam 10mg? Ou o "full card" é pq você pretende usar a caixa inteira? (desculpa se a pergunta for muito óbvia, mas como tá escrito 2 e 10mg fiquei em dúvida). Se for o caso, acho que a dosagem é meio baixa. Se for a cartela inteira, toma muito cuidado pra não tomar demais e acabar dormindo sem conseguir completar seu plano. Discuti sobre isso recentemente nos fóruns. Ainda não sei se o ideal é usar benzos em alta dose pra perdar a consciência (como recomenda o PPH) ou só pra reduzir a ansiedade durante.

Uma última coisa: foi muito difícil conseguir alprazolam e diazepam? Se você não se importar, pode comentar um pouco sobre como conseguiu? Pode ser por mensagem privada. Queria alprazolam mas só consegui clonazepam até agora.

Obrigado pelo aviso. Eu acredito que quanto menos desconforto, melhor. Acho que o que vai me deixar inconsciente aqui serão os benzos.

Eu já testei o alprazolam e estou confiante na dose que eu escolhi. Eu sinto que ganho a capacidade de escolher quando eu durmo. Então após tomar o copo de SN, eu ainda poderei segurar o sono e só dormir quando achar que é a hora.

Será uma cartela inteira, ou seja, se for clonazepam, será 10 comprimidos de 2 mg (totalizando 20 mg), e se for diazepam, será 30 comprimidos de 10 mg (totalizando 300 mg). São as doses equivalentes a 20x30 mg de oxazepam (segundo essa calculadora), que é a recomendação do PPH. Também tenho a disposição uma cartela de alprazolam, mas o efeito sedativo do alprazolam é baixo-médio, tenho medo do desconforto conseguir me acordar no meio do ctb.

Provavelmente eu vou escolher o diazepam devido ao tempo de ativação ser um pouco mais prolongado, minha ideia é permanecer acordado por até 10 á 15 minutos após beber o primeiro copo de SN.

Uma última coisa: foi muito difícil conseguir alprazolam e diazepam? Se você não se importar, pode comentar um pouco sobre como conseguiu? Pode ser por mensagem privada. Queria alprazolam mas só consegui clonazepam até agora.

Very playnfull - thumb up! May I ask, why u want use three different benzodiazepines ? Doesn't one alone do the job? Why do u use Ondansetron instead of some kind of dopamine antagonist, especially 'caus u have one on hand? There are rumors here in the forum from time to time that Ondansetron is recommended by the latest edition of the PPeH. So where did you get this information?

Yup, I'm still here. I plan to do a goodbye post and schedule it to be released 7 days after my CTB. If I can catch the bus, the post will be released, and if I can't, I'll cancel the release and create another post reporting what happened.

Actually I intend to use only two, taking alprazolam first is perfect for neutralising my anxiety, and in the end I'll probably choose clonazepam as it has a more powerful sedative effect (based on this benzos graph). I think alprazolam by itself would do the job, but I'm worried that I'll be woken up by the discomfort, since its sedative effect is weak than other benzos.

I mainly used PPH, but took some recommendations from this thread.

I just thought about it, and water consumption would be much lower if the method was done with ondansetron instead of meto, wouldn't it? Since ondansetron is orodispersible and doesn't need water to be absorbed.
