• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hey
I see you are still here how do you deal with it
I got it two month ago and I think I'm gonna check out before it will get unbearable
The thing is I can't do the biological treatment
And I've read topical treatments and steroids aren't effective
A month ago I went to a dermatologist and he told me I don't have np and now a month later it's much worse
I have an appointment in 10 days with another with dermatologist but I'm hesitant to go cause I'm not sure she could help me
I don't really wanna kill myself right now (although not long away also) but I'm scared of what's coming

I've had psoriasis my whole life, head to toe, including nails. Changing my diet to natural, vegan and gluten-free cleared everything in about 3 months. I was shocked, couldn't believe it. That was in 2019, and I couldn't stick to that lifestyle change, so my psoriasis is back.

Obviously our bodies all differ from one another, and you might not respond the way I did. The nails did take the longest to clear. But it's something to try if you haven't done so before.
