  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I am person with diagnosed Asperger's and depression. I also do have hypomania episodes sometimes as well as self diagnosed cPTSD from all bullying I went through. Some stuff just trigger my panic attacks or dissociation episodes. I do have problems maintaining friends. Also I do struggle with mental pain/ discomfort. Which is something like boredom/existential dread.

I do want to give recovery a shot even though it might not be possible for me to fully recover. I want to know what meds shall I take. I would love to be able to just kill myself but my SI doesn't let me. So I ask for your help. I already take methylated b12 and b6 hoping it helps. But I cannot deal with history of abuse I went through and social isolation my autism disorder causes me.

I wish I could help. I'm trying to give recovery a shot too, even though it isn't easy. Try and stay strong, be open to trying new things. I'm hoping something will kickstart a new mindset for me and maybe it will for you too.

You may be experiencing bipolar 2. Here is a video describing a guy who came to see this as the explanation for what he was experiencing. He has another video describing the use of the nutritional supplement lithium orotate.

SAMe might also help with the depression.

Hey there. I'm recently diagnosed with high functioning ASD (asperger's), bipolar disorder, and cPTSD. I can definitely relate to a lot of your problems. I was recently prescribed lamotrigine which does way more than any SSRI/SNRI ever did for my depression, and it also helps with the mania/hypomania. I still have suicidal thoughts, but it feels like they are being suppressed by the drug for better or worse.

Hope this helps and you find something that gives you relief soon.
