Need help with benzo dosage

Ok, so the benzo I got prescribed is Ativan, but I can't find anywhere what the dosage should be for the SN protocol.

My doctor said 1 mg of ativan equals about 20 mg of oxazepam. So am I right in assuming I need 30 mg of ativan to achieve the PPeH recommended 600 mg of oxazepam?

You would need closer to 40mg of lorazepam to be equivalent but 30mg will knock you down for sure if you have no tolerance.

I only got 7 mg I'm sure it will still do something since I have no tolerance, and I'm definitely not waiting months just to horde enough for the protocol when it's just to make the SN process easier

It will definitely delete your anxiety. I've taken benzodiazepines many times before and 2mg of lorazepam still works for me so 7mg for you should be more than enough. It will maybe even put you to sleep.
