I require high strength pain killing substances as soon as possible. I don't know how much time I have left, and I don't know how much I can say, there is people after me, when they get me they will do terrible things, my plan must be brought forward, I must do this as soon as possible. My question is what can I use? I do not want to do this without pain killers. Trust me. I have no connections now, everyone is gone, my address is flagged and packages will be intercepted, what can be done to block out severe pain?

Head down to your local pharmacy if that's an option. No clue if over-the-counter will do the trick for your issue.
