Help Nembutal is impossible to get in my country. Alternatives?

I live in South America and there's no way to get nembutal or any of its variants. Please help me find an alternative.
Morphine? Fentanyl? A mixture of several things?

Yeah if you don't have access to a tall cliff or a gun the other methods seem to have much more suffering.

Yeah I heard it's pretty lethal too

I looked into alcohol poisoning, and even though it could work, there might be nasty symptoms. You might become temporarily blind or damage some organs. I think another method should be considered.
