It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

Hello everyone, we are recreating the discord server. In order to join the Discord server, you must have been a member for a minimum of two weeks and have at least 25 messages. It should be noted that this is not a place to discuss methods and it is strictly not allowed. The discord is mainly a place to hangout and chat, share things, joke around, etc.
