An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
It's the first time I've experienced this. I'm clearly malnourished and my head is starting to ache, but no matter how much I try to consume food, I just can't get through it. I made some shake & bake pork chops with mashed potatoes and veggies, yet I can only find myself taking a couple of bites. It feels like a waste. Does anyone more experienced have any methods of getting through this?

I have Ulcerative Colitis and used to have issues with appetite. My GI would put me on Omeprazole short term like two weeks and that usually helped. Mirtazapine also stimulates appetite but made me eat too much.
Otherwise shakes are good, can you afford ensure or something similar? Chicken or beef broth is also good so you can get some nutrients in your system. Putting some salt in your water bottle helps you keep your electrolytes leveled.

Ive experienced this, i had really really bad depression. I would eat like half a meal a day and would never be hungry. I just took Acetaminophen (tylenol) to help with my headaches and eventually after a long time i slowly got my appetite back. Im not sure how or why it came back. I still have horrible depression.
GNC sells appetite stimulant stuff. No idea if it works. There are also script meds if it comes to that. And yes, they do work. They work very well. My dad took them. Steroids work too.
