  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

My 100% reason to live is my animals, but they're all accident prone and one has chronic kidney disease. My little girl poked her eye blind somehow (puncture wound) so while she's the youngest i'm not positive she'll be around the longest.

I love them dearly so they really should try to stick around.
he sits on her because she's getting my attention at all. smokey must be king of everything or so he thinks

cats. there's chinchillas too. if they get attention the cats start fighting because it takes my attention away from the chinchillas. a vicious cycle.

It sounds like they get jealous? Chinchillas are rodents aren't they? Excuse my lack of knowledge but do they make good pets compared to your cats for example?

yeah, they're rodents. they have a lifespan of 20 years if taken care of well. they can't cuddle as well as the cats since they're in a cage, but have just as much love and affection otherwise.

20 years did not expect that. I remember having hamsters as a child they only lived a few years. I have an old dog right now i'm dreading the day he passes. How old are your pets? I have a close family member that's stopping me ctb but i also wouldn't while i have a pet.

the accident prone girl is only 2. my guy with chronic kidney disease is 11. it'll kill him eventually, but still could be years away. the two chinchillas are 10 and 12

I'm glad they're giving you a reason not to ctb i hope they're around for a long time yet. I wish our pets lived as long as humans tbh. Have you spent much on vet expenses?

I think people need medicated food and litter to detect health like cats get.

that's actually really cute lol.

do you think they give you some sort of reason? they seem to mean so much to you, to the point they give you this reason to want to live. they also serve as a distraction and a coping mechanism, and i think that's a really good thing to have and it's also amazing that you care about them so much.
